Itinerary:

| Arrival 1:30 pm | Please arrive at 1:30 pm. After you check in, you’ll meet your guide and the other guests on your tour. Your guide will provide all the necessary gear and walk you through a comprehensive safety briefing. Most of our guests are beginners, so you’ll receive clear instructions on how to operate your ATV or Side-by-Side safely. Then, you’ll head to our practice area for a hands-on session to get comfortable driving the machine before the tour. |
| Hitting the Trail | After some practice time at our base area, your guide will lead you up the trail through open slopes for a spectacular view of Panorama Mountain Resort and the surrounding peaks of the lovely Toby Creek Valley. There are many opportunities to take in mountain views on our ride up. |
| Marmot Falls | Your final destination on this tour is Marmot Falls. You will park your ATV and follow your guide along a short pathway to the bottom of the Marmot Falls, where you can watch a clear, pure, snow-fed mountain stream cascade over 100 ft down a vertical rock face. |
A Mid Mountain Adventure | Experience panoramic mountain views as you enjoy a private trail ride to our enchanting waterfall. A short walk through the trees leads you to our hidden wonder, Marmot Falls.

Our Waterfall Explorer Tour is suitable for riders of all levels of experience, multi-generational groups, and families; prior ATV/Side-by-Side experience is not required. We provide your ATV/SXS, driver training, an ATV/SXS helmet, and rain gear (if needed).
Marmot Falls is constantly changing: By June, it has shed its winter coat of ice, surging over the rock face as lingering snowbanks melt into its flow. In July, the waterfall roars with the power of peak snowmelt, filling the canyon with its thunder. As summer gives way to August and September, the flow softens into a delicate, sparkling bridal-veil cascade. In winter, Marmot Falls is entirely frozen. From the first rush of meltwater to the gentle streams of late summer, Marmot Falls is never the same from one day to the next.
Once at Marmot Falls, you can hike up so close that you can feel the mist on your face and hear the water hitting the rocks at the base of the falls. You can even try gold panning in one of the pools beside the viewpoint.
Please note: This tour does not reach the Alpine Cabin or Paradise Basin. If you want to visit Paradise Cabin and Marmot Falls, please join our Paradise Basin or Paradise Mine tours.
