On our Paradise Mine Tour, you will ride from the valley bottom up to our alpine cabin at 8000 ft. Visit Marmot Falls, the remnants of a 1900s Silver Mining Town and enjoy the incredible views of the Rocky and Purcell mountains.

Itinerary:

Time Activity
Arrival 1 pmPlease arrive no later than 1 pm. First, we will get you registered for your tour, and then you will meet your professional Guide and receive all the gear you need. Most of our guests are first-timers, so you will receive a comprehensive safety briefing and instruction on how to ride your ATV or Side-by-Side safely.
Hitting the TrailAfter some practice time at our base area, your guide will lead you up the trail through open slopes for a spectacular view of Panorama Mountain Resort and the surrounding peaks of the lovely Toby Creek Valley. There are many opportunities to take in mountain views on our ride up to our Paradise alpine cabin.
ParadiseOnce in the alpine, you will visit the remains of an early 1900s silver mine and town, walk along the banks of a rushing alpine creek and gaze in wonder at soaring rock peaks. You will discover a lush carpet of hardy, beautiful alpine flowers at your feet.
SnackEnjoy a hot drink and cookies at our cozy, comfortable alpine cabin while you take in the spectacular view and watch the ravens soar in the breeze.
Return To BaseAs we descend back to the base, you will park your ATV and follow your guide along a short pathway to the bottom of the Marmot Falls, where you can watch a clear, pure, snow-fed mountain stream cascade over 100′ down a vertical rock face.

An Exciting Alpine Adventure | Our Paradise Mine ATV/SXS tour takes you from the valley bottom to the alpine for an exciting mountain adventure. The tour includes the opportunity to visit Marmot Falls, tour the alpine trails in Paradise Basin and see wildlife. We stop by our alpine cabin at the historic silver mine site for a mid-ride refreshment and snack.

We love this tour, especially during wildflower and larch season. Avoid the crowds, and let us show you our backyard.
