All participants must complete and sign an industry-standard Release of Liability Assumption of Risk Waiver before riding at Toby Creek Adventures. 

By signing the document, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, breach of the Occupiers Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.
