Course Details

Schedule

  • June 15, 2024 – One Day Clinic
  • 9:30am – 11:30 am Skills Session
  • 11:30-12:15 pm – Lunch (not included)
  • 12:30 pm-3:30 pm – On trail learning

Cost

  • $265 + GST, includes shuttle pass

Ratio: 6 riders per instructor 

Note: Shred Sisters requires a minimum of 4 participants to run the program.

Skills & Fitness Level Required

  • You can ride any green and most blue trails with confidence.
  • You can climb and descend under control on moderately steep singletrack, are comfortable and confident rolling over small obstacles, and may have experimented with black trails.
  • Your bike should have disc brakes, be in good working condition serviced within the past year, and ideally have dual suspension.
