Winter Pick Up at all Banff Hotels.

Travel in comfort in a modern 40-seat bus or 15-seat passenger van.
You will be delivered from the selected Banff Hotel directly to our Toby Creek Adventure base area reception where we will get you geared up and ready to go for your snowmobile tour.
Guests who travel by their own transport from Canmore or Calgary, Alberta can be picked up at the Banff Railway Station.
When you Book Online you will be offered the option to select transport from various Banff Hotels, or just call our office to arrange your seats and pick-up time.

Pick-ups commence in Banff

Actual pick-up time may vary slightly due to each day’s schedule.
You will be advised of your pick up location, which is usually at or very close to your hotel.
Please be ready to go at the time indicated as this helps to keep on schedule and avoids inconveniencing other guests. The pick-up time we give you is the time to be ready to go, however, don’t be concerned if our bus arrives a few minutes later due to other pick ups and/or road conditions.
If the weather is cold please wait inside the lobby area and walk out to the bus when it arrives. Our driver will not come and look for you. So, please watch for the Discover Banff Tours bus.
You are welcome to bring drinks and/or food on the bus however, please do not bring alcohol aboard.
There is plenty of room for any additional personal clothing or equipment you wish to bring.
Custom transportation arrangements for groups can be arranged. Private transportation and limo services are also available as well as connecting services from Calgary by prior arrangement and with sufficient notice. Let us know what you need and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Minimum total booking numbers apply. In the rare event that we are not running transport due to minimum numbers, we will advise you of alternative options.
