We often see bears and other wildlife on our ATV tours and observe from a safe distance. This bear was photographed recently on the road to our base area.

There are a lot of #BlackBears out and about this spring. I have seen quite a few already. This one I came across along the #TobyCreek road. It’s good to have a nice long lens to photograph these guys and keep a good respectful distance as was the case here. Despite the distance he looked up at me as I snapped this photo so then I promptly left so he could graze and eat in peace. It’s their domain and life is not easy for the bruins. Thanks for the photo bear – have a safe summer and stay wild.
