Employment Opportunities

Snowmobile and ATV Guides:  We have very low guide staff turnover as our  snowmobile and ATV guides return season after season.  New winter guides are usually hired for part-time positions initially, and already have substantial experience and qualifications in back-country snowmobile and/or ATV operations, advanced first aid (OFA3, EMR or similar),  advanced avalanche safety training ( minimum CAA level 1 preferred), customer service and extensive local knowledge.  If you meet all or most of these requirements we will be interested to receive your employment application.

Other Positions: 

  • Trail Groomer (Seasonal: December – April)
  • Bus Driver / Guide  (Seasonal: June – October & December to April) – this position is based from our Banff office. Local experience preferred.  A class 4 driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract is required.
