Itinerary:

| Arrival 9 am | Please arrive at 9 am. After you check in, you’ll meet your guide and the other guests on your tour. Your guide will provide all the necessary gear and walk you through a comprehensive safety briefing. Most of our guests are first-timers, so you’ll receive clear instructions on how to operate your ATV or Side-by-Side safely. Then, you’ll head to our practice area for a hands-on session to get comfortable driving the machine before the tour. |
| Hitting the Trail | After some practice time at our base area, your guide will lead you up the trail through open slopes for a spectacular view of Panorama Mountain Resort and the surrounding peaks of the lovely Toby Creek Valley. There are many opportunities to take in mountain views on our ride up to our Paradise alpine cabin. |
| Paradise | Once in the alpine, you will visit the remains of an early 1900s silver mine and walk along the banks of a rushing alpine creek. You will discover a lush carpet of hardy, beautiful alpine larches. |
| Paradise Alpine BBQ | Enjoy a freshly prepared BBQ featuring our local butcher and bakery goods at our comfortable alpine cabin. Enjoy your meal in the breeze as you take in the incredible mountain views. |
| Return To Base | As we descend back to the base, you will park your ATV and follow your guide along a short pathway to the bottom of the Marmot Falls, where you can watch a clear, pure, snow-fed mountain stream cascade over 100′ down a vertical rock face. |
A Unique Larch Adventure | Starting mid-to-late September, experience a one-of-a-kind adventure with our Larches in Paradise tour, a seasonal twist on our Paradise Basin tour. Our alpine property is home to an abundant larch forest, and we’re excited to share its enchanting autumn transformation. By signing up for the Larches in Paradise tour, our guides will know you’re here to experience the magic of larch season along with an incredible ATV/SXS adventure!
After a scenic guided ride up the mountain, you’ll wind through the stunning golden trees within our alpine trail network. Mid-tour, we’ll stop at our Paradise cabin at a historic Silver Mine site, where you’ll enjoy an alpine BBQ and take in the panoramic views of the larch forest from the deck. To further enrich the experience, we stop at Marmot Falls and other scenic viewpoints along the route

Staying in Banff without a vehicle? Or want to enjoy another National Park without driving?
- We offer direct transportation from Banff hotels or the Banff Train Station (free public parking) exclusively for guests joining our Paradise Basin tour on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
Note: The larch trees are typically at their golden-hued peak for 2 weeks every autumn. The Larch season is difficult to predict. However, it generally falls within the last two weeks of September through early October. We will modify the dates in our booking engine as the season approaches.
