IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please be on time. We recommend you arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled pickup. Due to overall tour scheduling and the courtesy of other guests, we advise that our bus drivers cannot wait for late passengers.
If you are late, we cannot return to pick you up. You may be able to join the bus at another pickup location. The last Banff stop is the Banff Train Station.
We do not issue refunds – your total tour price will not be refunded if you miss your tour.
Travel by a modern 14-seat passenger van or a 24-seat bus operated by Discover Banff Tours.
Our shuttle is exclusive to our morning Paradise Basin Tour.
When booking online, select Banff Transport and pick your pickup location. Or, call our office to arrange your seat, pickup location and time.
Please note that our shuttle requires a minimum of 4 drivers when combining all of our reservations. We will advise you of alternative options if we are not running our transport due to minimum numbers.
The shuttle has plenty of room for additional personal clothing or items you may want to bring.
Contact us if you require any additional pickup locations.
For large groups we can arrange a pickup in Canmore; additional fees apply.
Private taxi services are available for guests staying in Lake Louise: additional fees apply
Actual pickup times may vary slightly due to daily schedules and may be affected by road and weather conditions.
The pickup time is the time to be ready. Please be prepared at the time indicated, as this helps to keep on schedule and avoids inconveniencing other guests. Do not worry if our bus arrives a few minutes later due to other pickups or road conditions.
There are no extra stops for food or beverages. You are welcome to bring food and drinks on the bus; alcohol is prohibited.
This depends on your preference – some guests might choose the shuttle to relax and take in the stunning views through the Banff and Kootenay National Parks. Others may enjoy driving themselves, allowing them to make stops along the way or spend some extra time exploring the Columbia valley (shopping, Radium Hot Springs, Panorama Ski Resort, etc).
Custom arrangements for groups are available, including private transport and custom scheduling with an express tour option.
