This package includes five full days of back-country snowmobiling with two nights at the world class Panorama Mountain Resort and two nights at Silent Mountain Lodge, a deep-woods back-country lodge in the heart of the Purcell Mountains.

Deep in the heart of British Columbia’s spectacular Purcell Mountains is Silent Mountain Lodge. This is the kind of place of which dreams are made. It is a classic British Columbia mountain lodge located far away from civilization.

The lodge is situated near Vowel Creek within a stone’s throw of the famous Bugaboo Provincial Park. It offers a spectacular view of the Conrad Icefield.  In winter, access to the lodge is by snowmobile, requiring a full day of travel exploring valley trails through old growth forest, past frozen streams and lakes and surrounded by soaring mountain peaks.

main-lodge1At night, there is no light pollution here – it is true dark sky territory.  It’s called Silent Mountain Lodge for a reason.  Step outside under a breathtaking star-studded winter night sky and you will hear nothing amidst the total peace of the snow-laden forest surrounding the lodge and the glistening snow-capped peaks. Yet even in the cold short days of winter this area thrives with wildlife.

Words can’t do justice to this place, you have to experience it. Toby Creek Adventures enables you to do just that. We offer a unique back-country adventure that only a few will ever experience. It’s not for everyone but you already know if this is the kind of experience you have always dreamed about, and if it is then this is your opportunity to make that dream come true.

This unique five-day, four-night action packed adventure takes you deep into the beautiful Purcell Mountains in British Columbia.  This snowmobile tour is designed for beginner to advanced riders!
